Restoration Carving & Turning

 

Damaged carvings can be replaced with a faithful hand-carved copy, and broken or missing legs and stretchers turned and replaced.

Gilding

 

Pieces can be completely re-gilded, or restored where necessary.  Traditional rabbit skin glue is used to make the underlying gesso, and oil or water gilding is carried out using gold leaf.
